We have recently signed a large-scale export order with a leading renewable energy developer in Thailand, under which we will supply 500 tonnes of high-precision 6063-T5 solar aluminum profiles for a 1000MW photovoltaic power plant project in central Thailand. The order value reaches $2.6 million, and the delivery will be completed within 4 weeks, setting a new record for the company’s single export order in the Southeast Asian new energy market.

The Thai 1000MW PV project is one of the key renewable energy projects under the Thai government’s “30×30” energy plan, requiring aluminum profiles with excellent corrosion resistance, high dimensional accuracy, and strong load-bearing capacity. The 6063-T5 aluminum profiles customized for this project feature a special T-slot design for easy assembly, with dimensional tolerance controlled at ±0.1mm and straightness ≤0.3mm/m. The surface adopts a 18μm thick anodizing treatment, which has passed 1,200 hours of salt spray testing, fully adapting to the high-humidity and high-salt coastal environment of the project site. In addition, the profiles’ tensile strength ≥215MPa and yield strength ≥170MPa ensure stable support for solar panels for 25 years.
